Fast Effective Weight Loss – Fix Your Diet First
Fast effective weight loss can be achieved by adopting a new and healthy diet.
Most people are unaware that their diets include too many processed foods that contain mainly carbohydrates.
In order for your body to burn its fat, you will need a diet other than the pizza, spaghetti and soda diet that most people put themselves on.
A good fast weight loss diet will have just the right amount of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. The right mix is about 50% carbs, 40% proteins and 10% fatty acids.
Good carbs come from such things as whole wheat bread and fruits & vegetables, whole grains and the like.
You can get your proteins from cottage cheese, soy, tenderloin, fish & seafood, lean beef, etc.
A good diet will also have the right fatty acids. But not the fat you find in cheeseburgers from your local drivethrough… they have to be healthy fats. These are the so-called Omega 3 fatty acids. You can get them from tofu, walnuts, flaxseeds and salmon to name a few.
Once you get on a healthy diet, your body will over time take on the shape to match your weight loss diet.
Naturally, you also need to get some exercise along with your new diet for maximum results.
Also, be sure to get plenty of rest.
Weight Loss Comes From The Diet
If you don’t have a healthy diet, you are fighting a losing battle. You can never, ever accomplish real, long term results if you do not have a weight loss diet that has all the nutrients you need.
Your body needs those nutrients pretty bad. Especially when you’re trying to burn fat. You’re asking a whole lot of your body and it would be downright stupid to deny it the nutrients it begs you for.
Once you are on a diet that promotes weight loss, you have set in motion the machinery required for burning fat and gaining muscle.
It’s all about using a diet as your fundamentation. You’re setting yourself up for success by getting on a nutricious diet! A diet alone is enough to force your body to burn fat.
And then, if you throw a regular exercise program into the mix as well, you’re going to double the results you would get from your diet alone.
The magic combination is diet and exercise, folks. It’s really that simple. The diet sets you up for fat loss. The exercise will keep your metabolism at a high level.
A high metabolism is a good thing, because it allows you to keep on creating caloric deficits so that you can burn that fat!
